Senior Tracking Survey

The EDHS College & Career Center is here to help you! From Financial Aid to scholarship opportunities to career planning, the College & Career Center (CCC) has everything you need to create a clear and exciting path to your future.

Please use this survey to provide information and get assistance with your plans for after high school. After submitting your survey, you will be contacted to get hep with your questions.

Use the timeline below if you plan to attend a community college after high school or if you plan to pursue a career in teh trades or military.

CSU/UC A-G Course Requirments

The link below will allow you to see which courses at EDHS are transferrable to both the CSU and UC systems. 

Brag Sheet (Letter of Rec Form)

As a senior you will be required to complete a Brag Sheet as part of a grade or for scholarship and college appliactions.  Pick either of the options below to complete your Brag Sheet.  We recommend obtaining at least three letters of recomendation for scholarships.  Two from school faculty members (teacher, counselor, coach, etc.) and one from a community member (family friend, employer, pastor, etc.).
Complete this online Google Form and receive the completed Brag Sheet in your Google drive. Form there you can share with as recommenders as your desire.

Print out, complete and make as many copies as you desire to give to your recommenders. ALWAYS take the time to request your recommendations IN PERSON whenever possible!
Make sure your Brag Sheet is given to your recommender(s) at least TWO WEEKS before you need it back.

Selective Service

Virtually all male U.S. citizens, regardless of where they live, and male immigrants, whether documented or undocumented, residing in the United States, who are 18 through 25, are required to register with Selective Service. The law says men must register with Selective Service within 30 days of their 18th birthday.

Register to Vote

Students 18 years and older can register to vote.
