Step Two - gather all the documents you must provide at time of enrollment
Two proofs of residency:
First proof of residency - choose
from the following: mortgage statement, property tax bill, federal tax
return, rental agreement, or lease agreement
Second proof of residency - choose from the following: current utility bill, or driver's license
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of last report card
A current transcript (does not apply to incoming 9th grade students)
A check-out from from previous school showing withdrawal grades (if enrolling during the school year)
Approved intra-district or inter-district paperwork, if applicable
Copy of the most recent IEP must be provided, if student is in Special Education
A parent authorization letter to enroll, if student is not residing with parent or legal guardian
Step Three - Call for an appointment with the Registrar

Bring all completed forms and required documents with you to the appointment
Important information about your registration appointment:
1. Student MUST be registered under his/her full legal name.
2. Any information, with court documentation, indicating
custody arrangements, restraining order, no contact, limited contact
with non-custodial parent/grandparent etc, should also be presented at

Things to keep in mind for your appointment...
If you call for your appointment 72 hours in advance, your
transcript with withdrawal grades (which you will need for registration
at your new school) will be available at your appointment. Without
sufficient notice, your transcript will be delayed.
Text books, library books, ID card, sports uniforms, and other
borrowed items must be returned to the school at the time of check out.
All fees and fines must be paid in order to obtain the student's official transcript.
The new school's address and phone number is needed upon checking out.
Parent/guardian must be present at the time of check out.
