Hybrid Bell Schedule information

EDHS Hybrid Bell Schedule at a glance:

  • Cohort A will attend classes on campus Tuesday's and Wednesday's
  • Cohort B will attend classes on campus Thursday's and Friday's
  • Monday will continue to be asynchronous, just like during distance learning.
There is an expectation that school continues for students during their non-attendance days. It is my urging that all students continue to follow the school schedule, thus continuing to remain consistent with their days. Below are several different scenarios on how your students class time may look on a non-cohort day:
  • Students may be invited during non-cohort days to join classes virtually
  • Students may be asked to log onto teacher Google Classrooms during established class times
  • Students may be given independent work to complete for classes
  • Students may receive a combination of the above or other steps to remain engaged in the learning process for their particular classes. 

Face Coverings and Social Distancing:

  • Hand washing and hand sanitizing stations have been distributed throughout campus. Students should continue with good hand washing practices.
  • All people on campus during school time are required to wear face coverings that cover chin, mouth and nose. Students, or any person on campus, not wearing a proper face covering will be asked to put one on. Any medical exemptions must be presented to the El Dorado High School health office and district nurse prior to attending classes. Any individual refusing to comply with the expectation of face covering will be asked to leave campus.
"Cloth Face Coverings: A cloth face covering is a material that covers the nose and mouth. It can be secured to the head with ties or straps or simply wrapped around the lower face. It can be made of a variety of materials, such as cotton, silk, or linen. A cloth face covering may be factory-made or sewn by hand."
In addition to face coverings we will be practicing as much social distancing as possible on campus.
