I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. I attended the Ohio State University for my undergraduate degree in art history, Chapman University for my teaching credential, and National University for my masters in English. I teach English and AVID. This is my fifth year at EDHS, and my second year as co-department chair. When I am not grading essays, I enjoy running, cycling, and skiing.
