Mr. Sarge has an 18-year background in business and finance, including 12.5 years at Intel in California, Oregon and Washington, 2.5 years at Space Systems/Loral in Palo Alto, CA, 1.5 years at IDEC in Sunnyvale, CA, and 1.0 year at Dun & Bradstreet in San Jose, CA.  He left Intel in 2006 to pursue his teaching credential, and Mr. Sarge came to El Dorado High School in 2007 after one semester teaching in Roseville.  He teaches in the math department, and his classes this year include Algebra 2 and Financial Analysis.

Mr. Sarge completed his undergraduate degree in Business at San Jose State University, and a few years later he returned to San Jose State's night school program to earn his MBA while working at Space Systems/Loral.  He completed his teaching credential at Chapman University.

In his spare time, Mr. Sarge enjoys attending his kids' sporting events, fly fishing, and other outdoor activities.
