Schedule Changes
Important information regarding Schedule Changes for the 2007-2008 School year.
 | We are accepting requests for changes in writing only - the form is
available online at the bottom of this page.. We will not have drop-in
appointments available, however we will contact parent/student by phone if
necessary. |
 | Schedule changes are only made for the following reasons:
 | Student failed a course needed to graduate. |
 | Student took summer school to meet requirement. |
 | Student needs class to graduate. |
 | Student needs class for admission into college. |

 | We are not able to make schedule changes for the following reasons:
 | Teacher preference. |
 | Changed mind about elective choice. |
|
 | First period classes will be added on a space available basis only, with
priority given to students who are behind on credits and students who
originally requested a first period class but were not assigned one due to
class size restrictions. |
 | If the change can be made, it will be reflected on the students schedule
that is picked up on the first day of classes. For requests submitted after
school has begun, the student will receive written notice that the change has
been made, or written information as to why a change cannot be made. A student
should attend the classes on his/her schedule that is received the first day
of classes until a written confirmation of change is received. |

Do
not submit this form before August 2nd. |

For
a change before school starts, submit form by Tuesday, August
7 at 3:30 pm. |
 |
For
a change after school has started, submit form by
Tuesday, August
21 at 3:30 pm. |
How to Request a Schedule Change
 | There are three options on how to submit this form:
 | Drop it off at the Counseling Office between 7:30 am and 3:30 pm. |
 | Fax the form to 530-622-5497. |
 | Mail the form to EDHS, Counseling Office, 561 Canal Street, Placerville,
CA 95667. |
***Please remember, for a schedule change to be
considered before school starts, we must have the form in our office no later
than 3:30pm on August 7th.***
