Transcript Requests

To order a copy of your transcript, please complete and print out the transcript request form. (Or if you prefer, stop by the Counseling Office between 7:30 am - 4:00 pm to complete the form.)

Mail the completed form, along with $2 per transcript (cash or money order, NO CHECKS) to:

Once the transcript request is received in our office, it will take 24 hours to process.
