Learn about anciant Mesopotamian artifacts. This is the place to find cylinder seals.
Guggenheim Museum
Choose a directory from the menu on the left side of the
screen to view works in the collection sorted by artist, title
of work, date, movement, medium, or concept. There is also
a search feature. When using it choose "Shortcut" if you want
to go directly to the page most relevant to the word you entered.
Choose "Full search" if you would prefer to see a list of
every page on this site that contains that word.

1200 arts sites are indexed, with more than 32,000 links to
an estimated 100,000 works by 7,500 renowned artists. The
Artcyclopedia's custom search engine is a fast way to search
the Net for information about fine artists.
