BOYS & Girls State Information

Girls & Boys State is a summer program in which 11th-grade girls and boys focus on leadership skills and civic awareness. During the one-week summer program, students will run for office, develop public speaking skills, and participate in all aspects of developing a working government system.  Approximately one thousand boys and girls from California will participate.  This is also an excellent addition to your college and scholarship applications!
 
Program Dates: June 25-30, 2024
Location: Sacramento State University
Cost: No cost to student (student must provide their own transportation to and from Sacramento)
 
 
IF INTERESTED, YOU MUST ATTEND A MANDATORY INFORMATION MEETING on FRIDAY, JANUARY 19th at 1:30 PM (lunch period) IN THE FORUM.
