El Dorado

The Foothill Grill located at the top of Cougar Lane at El Dorado High School. Opening in 2005, the Foothill Grill was built under the guidance of its head chef, Mike Inks, the Foods & Nutrition Teacher for El Dorado High School & ROP Culinary Arts Teacher for the District.

The Foothill Grill serves 3-course take-out dinners, 2-days a week to the public during the school year. Each week, Chef Inks puts out a menu which is prepared by his Culinary Arts Students. The Foothill Grill also does off-site caterings as well as private events at the Foothill Grill for up to 75 people.
