Step 1: You must first obtain an official transcript through Parchment by going to: https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/218110/institution. Your transcript will be sent to you electronically.
Step 2: Complete the Diploma Replacement Form.
Step 3: Include a check or money order made out to Herff Jones in the amount of $45.00

Student Check-out Procedure
You must make an appointment with your counselor BEFORE checking out. Please call 530.622.3634 x1028 to make an appointment.
Things to keep in mind for your appointment:
- If you call for your appointment 72 hours in advance, your transcript with withdrawal grades (which you will need for registration at your new school) will be available at your appointment. Without sufficient notice, your transcript will be delayed.
- Textbooks, library books, ID cards, sports uniforms, and other borrowed items must be returned to the school at the time of checkout.
- All fees and fines must be paid to obtain the student's official transcript.
- The new school's address and phone number are needed upon checking out.
- Parent/guardian must be present at the time of checkout.
